Pamela Marie (Hopkins) Wartick, 71, passed away peacefully at her home in Branson West, MO, on August 12, 2022.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Oxford Christian Church, burial will follow services at the Oxford Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M. Tuesday, August 16 at the Oxford Funeral Service. Memorial contributions for Pam may be made to the Oxford Christian Church, donation may be left in care of the Oxford Funeral Service – PO Box 123 Oxford, KS 67119.
Pam was born November 26, 1950 in Winfield, KS the daughter of Richard and Erma (Reece) Hopkins. She graduated from Winfield High School and worked at the state hospital for a time. On April 19, 1974, Pam was united in marriage to the love of her life, Keith Wartick in Winfield, KS. The couple owned and operated the Jack & Jill Grocery Store in Oxford for thirteen years. In 1999, they moved to Branson West where she worked for Silver Dollar City for a time. Pam loved to meet new people and always made everyone feel welcome wherever she went. She continued to work in retail, finally retiring in October 2021 while employed at CJ Banks. She was a member of the Oxford Christian Church.
Pam is survived by her son Craig Wartick and girlfriend Jen Begulia of Kansas City, MO, and her son Jarritt Wartick and wife Kelly of Republic, MO; one brother, Dick Hopkins of Winfield, KS; and two grandchildren, Hailey Wartick of Springfield, MO, and Olivia Wartick of Republic, MO; four nephews: Brian, Brad, Derek, and Cole; and three nieces: Tinka, Randi, and Tekeisha. She is preceded in death by her husband, Keith; her parents Richard and Erma; one sister, Terry Koroma, and one nephew, Kiyon Koroma.
