Miguel Angel Lopez

Miguel Angel Lopez, 68, of Arkansas City, KS, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Central Christian Familia Church of Arkansas City.   A visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to service time at the church.   Arrangements are in care of Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.

Miguel Angel Lopez was born on September 30, 1951 in Santana Metapan, El Salvador and raised by his mother, Juana Lopez Carrillo.  He worked as a construction assistant.   He was married to Maria Mendez Arreola Lopez on April 9, 2018 in Arkansas City.  

His family includes: his wife Maria of the home; his daughter, Juana Elizabeth Lopez of El Salvador; step- sons, Alfredo Ricon of Mississippi,  Ruben Martinez, Valentine Rocha and Moises Juarez all of Arkansas City, his nieces and her children, Melida Martinez and Rubidia Vega and Euninises Torrez of Arkansas City; his sisters, Blanca Amanda Lopez, Marcelina Lopez and Mercedes Lopez of El Salvador.  He was preceded in death by his mother and 2 brothers.
