Michael Frischenmeyer Obituary

Michael Joseph Frischenmeyer, 70, of Arkansas City passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita.

Michael was born in Wichita, KS on May 29, 1950 the son of Anthony and Mary (Cooke) Frischenmeyer. He grew up in Clearwater, KS and graduated from the Clearwater High School in 1968. Michael worked as a self-employed lawnmower mechanic, he enjoyed collecting and fixing clocks, hunting, watching baseball, and working with his hands. He especially loved his dogs Moe, Zoey and Becker.

Michael is survived by his significant other, Karen Knowles, siblings: Ron Frischenmeyer, Roger Frischenmeyer, Maureen Kile, and Pauline Frischenmeyer. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Tony, Steve, Carl, Bob, Jim, Rosalie, Theresa, Betty, and Trudy.

No services are scheduled at this time, arrangements are in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
