Jennifer Marie (Stoabs) Sterling, 45, of Winfield passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at William Newton Memorial Hospital.

Her family invites friends to celebrate Jennifer’s life at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Island Park Soroptimist Pavilion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.

Jennifer was born in Winfield, KS August 27, 1975 to parents Jim and Terri Stoabs. She grew up in Winfield and attended Winfield High School. She was united in marriage to Daniel Sterling August 1, 1996 in Winfield. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and Mea was the joy of her life. Jennifer enjoyed going to the casino, being outdoors, watching storms, going to the family cabin, the Winfield Lake and Island Park. She loved her dogs, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband Daniel Sterling, children Jaden Sterling and Jenae Sterling, granddaughter Mea Fleitz, mother Terri Stoabs, best friend and caregiver Debra Barta, bonus son Dustin Barta, and friend Carol Burton. She is preceded in death by her father.
