Jeffrey W. Edson

Jeffrey Wendel Edson, 58, of Oxford, Kansas passed away at Wesley Medical Center on Friday, April 2, 2021.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Oxford Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of the Oxford Funeral Service.

Jeff was born on August 29, 1962 in Wichita, Kansas to Jerry Wesley and Donna (Roberts) Edson. He grew up on the family farm south of Clearwater and graduated from Clearwater High School in 1980. He later moved to Oxford, Kansas in 2012 with his father and step-mother Sondra (Sandmier) Edson. Jeff enjoyed being a farmer loved spending time with his parents, he was very generous and would help anyone in need. Jeff enjoyed tinkering and was able to make just about anything he needed for working on the farm, cutting wood was also a pastime. Jeff didn’t go anywhere without his dog Daisy, she was always by his side wherever he went.

Jeff is survived by his uncle Jack Edson and wife Coila of Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Jerry Wesley Edson Jr.
