David Frazee Obituary

David Eugene Frazee, 75, of Arkansas City, KS passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 at the Winfield Veterans’ Home.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray expenses.

David was born on November 30, 1946 in Arkansas City, KS the son of David and Helena (Stover) Frazee. He graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1964, later that year David joined the Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1972. On July 5, 1969 David was united in marriage with Charlotte Rogene Patterson. David was the owner of Frazee’s Flower Farm in Arkansas City and operated the business for over 45 years. In his younger years, he enjoyed model trains.

Survivors include his children David Frazee of Las Vegas, and Marie Moore of Overland Park, KS; grandchildren Amelia, Noah, Maia, Reneè, Katie, Sam, and Gracie; siblings Barbara Dean, Larry Frazee, Robert Frazee, Ronald Frazee, Christina Buhler, and Kevin Frazee; as well as numerous extended family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Rogene, sister Sue Feaster, brother Randy Frazee, and son-in-law Layne Moore.
