Beth was born in Coyle, OK on September 18, 1943, the daughter of J. Dow and Anne (Buster) Phillips. She graduated from Ark City High School in 1961 and worked as a dental tech for Dr. McCall until her marriage to Stanley Galbreath in Miami, OK on February 2, 1963. After Larry's passing, Beth lived the remainder of her life in Newkirk with her longtime companion, Larry Engle, and her daughter and son-in-law. Beth enjoyed gardening and cooking and excelled at both. She also loved taking care of her family and spending time with her grandkids.
