Maxine (Cullop) Robertson

Maxine Robertson, 97, of Oxford, KS, passed away August 10, 2019 at the Medical Lodge Nursing Home in Oxford, KS.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Oxford Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 14th from Noon until 8:00 P.M. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Oxford Funeral Service Chapel. Berta Maxine Robertson was born on May 29, 1922 in Waldron, KS the daughter of Bert and Josephine (Young) Cullop. She was the oldest of the 5 children, Maxine graduated from High School in Manchester, KS. Maxine worked at the Manchester Café and as a Nanny. She was united in marriage with Charles Robertson after he returned from World War II. Maxine was a homemaker who took great care of her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl White of Oxford; son, Dennis Robertson of Ponca City, OK; sister, Virginia Bradley of Anthony, KS; 7 grandchildren: Connie Duncan, Allen Robertson, James Robertson, Sabrina Wells, Kim Cox, Wayne Cox and Ronnie Cox; 23 great grandchildren and 30 great-great grandchildren.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles in 1988, brothers: Gerald Cullop and Earnest Cullop, sister, Florence McKee, great grandson Daniel and great-great granddaughter, Brynlee.
