Claudia Kay (Sellers) Peck

Claudia Peck, 76, of Wellington, passed away October 2, 2019 at the Botkin Care and Rehab in Wellington.                   

Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home in Wellington. A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society PO Box 494, Wellington, KS 67152 and may be left with Shelley Family Funeral Home PO Box 555, 704 N. Washington, Wellington, KS 67152. 

Claudia Kay Peck was born November 5, 1942 in Harper, Kansas, the daughter of Marvin and Velma (Olmstead) Sellers. She graduated from Argonia High School in 1960. On September 16, 1961 Claudia was united in marriage to Claud Myrl Peck at the First Christian Church in Wellington.  She worked at Bank of America for over 40 years. Claudia enjoyed, gardening, camping, craft shows and making and selling porcelain dolls.

Claudia is survived by her children: Wayne Peck (Donna) of La Jara, CO, Rex Peck (Cassie) of Wellington, KS and Sylvia Morgan of Olathe, KS; 8 grandchildren: Jason Vinyard, Paxton Vinyard, Meghan McFeeters, Zach McFeeters,  Taylor Peck, Andrew Peck, Leah Griffet and David Griffet;  and 9 great grandchildren: Kody, Taryn, Kristen, Nathan, Brandon, Sydney, Sladen, Sage and Skylar; and 3 great-great grandchild, Camron, Liam and Waylon; a sister, Debbie Lucas (Bill) of Valley Center, KS and 2 brothers: Meryl Sellers (Katherine) of Smithville, TX and Mark Sellers (Shannon) of Valley Center, KS.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband in 2014 and a sister, Glenda Faust and a grandson, Jared Vinyard.
