Gwenda June Spencer, 74, of Oxford, KS passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024 at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.

Gwenda was born on May 3, 1949 in Winfield, KS to parents Charles and Lonnie (Amlong) Kelly. She married Freddie Dee Spencer on December 11, 1981.

She is survived by her husband Freddie Dee Spencer of Oxford.
